  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing pages.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging as received.

  • Books that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing accessories may not be eligible for return.

2. 💰 Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to an error from Knight Studio.

3. 📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us immediately with clear images and order details.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an eligible refund.

4. 📖 Book Availability & Editions

  • Book cover designs, editions, or packaging may occasionally vary depending on publisher updates and stock availability.

  • Minor variations in print quality, cover design, or publication edition are not considered defects.

  • Share relevant images or videos of the product if required.
